We’ve decided to add pulled turkey to the menu. The cooking is similar to our process for the pork – but instead of chopping the turkey we will be pulling it. Turkey is more expensive / lb, and pulling the turkey is more work – so the product costs more: $9.50 / lbs.
We are offering turkey as an alternative to our customers that would like an alternative to pork. We will process the turkey separately from pork ensuring no mixing of the pork with the turkey.
